Win A Bike Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Queensland residents with a Brisbane address who are a member of the Crusty Devil Club at the time of the draw.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Crusty Devil Bakehouse and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Only one entry permitted per person.
7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the email account is held.
8. Promotion commences on 13 June 2011. Entries close 11.59pm AEST on 12 August 2011. The draw will take place at Crusty Devil Bakehouse Pty Ltd of Shop 14, Cannon Central Shopping Centre, 1145 Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill, Queensland, 4170 on Monday 15 August 2011 at 4:00pm AEST.
9. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone and the winners’ name will be published instore, on the Crusty Devil Facebook page, and the Crusty Devil website on 16 August 2011.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The first two valid entries drawn (there will be one winner from the Cannon Hill store and one winner from the Carina store) will each win 1 x 2010 Mongoose Article BMX bike valued at $449 RRP. The winners are not able to choose the colour of the BMX bike. The winners will receive the BMX bikes displayed in the Cannon Hill and Carina Crusty Devil Bakehouse stores respectively. The winners are responsible for the collection and delivery of the prize. Crusty Devil Bakehouse will not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to the prize once it leaves the Cannon Hill or Carina store.
12. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
13. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
14. Total prize pool value is $898.00 RRP.


15. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, credit or product.
16. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 5 September at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone and the winner’s name will be published instore, on the Crusty Devil Facebook page, and the Crusty Devil website.
17. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.


18. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
20. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

$30 Voucher In-store and Online Promotion

Crusty Devil is running an in-store and online promotion whereby customers will go in the draw to win a $30 voucher to be redeemed for Crusty Devil products at either the Cannon Hill or Carina store when they provide their name and email address to subscribe to the Crusty Devil Club.

There will be a draw at 9am Monday at the close of each week and the winner of the $30 voucher will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw taking place.

The voucher will be emailed to the winner and must be presented at the Crusty Devil counter at the time of purchase in order to be redeemed. The voucher may be used over multiple visits to make up the total $30 credit. Once the $30 limit has been reached, the voucher will become null and void.

The winner of the weekly draw will be announced on Crusty Devil’s Facebook page. No one Crusty Devil Club member may win a $30 voucher more than once. In the event that a past winner is drawn, there will be a redraw.

Seven Deadly Sins Promotion

Crusty Devil’s Seven Deadly Sins promotion is a weekly promotion whereby a new special offer is released each week. Each weekly special offer commences at 6am on Monday morning and concludes at 5pm on Sunday.

Only members of the Crusty Devil Club are eligible to participate in the Seven Deadly Sins promotion and the weekly offers associated with this promotion.

In order to qualify for the weekly offers associated with the Seven Deadly Sins promotion, Crusty Devil Club members must print and present the email with the special offer at the Crusty Devil store counter. Terms and conditions applicable to the specific weekly offer may be provided in the email promoting that weekly offer.
